The show in one line

Two brothers play Overwatch with whoever fills the third seat. Between matches, and when one of us is dead, we talk about people, cruises, and how to be less of an idiot. We roast each other the whole way.

Hips = the two of us. Square = the third seat, a rotating friend. The name stays.

How a break works

Queue timer under two minutes: take a Quick topic. One question, two hot takes, one ruling, done.
Long queue: take a Deep topic. It can carry across breaks. When the match loads mid-thought, tap Come back and pick it up after.
Three-break limit: a Deep topic gets three breaks, then we give it a ruling and move on. If it's still cooking, it becomes its own episode.
End on a ruling: one line that settles it ("Ruling: the elevator door is holdable for exactly one Abby"). Rulings are the clips.
Dead cam: whoever dies pulls a lightning question and asks the other. One word or one sentence, answered the second you're safe. Lightning also fills a queue that pops in 20 seconds.
Three sizes: Lightning is one line and one answer. Quick is one break. Deep can span three breaks.

House rules

No slurs. None, not even quoted or as a joke.
Punch up, not down. Roast each other, yourselves, the devs and the meta. Leave out anyone with less power than you.
Mad at the play, not the person. "That dive was criminal" works. Insulting the player doesn't.
Generally be kind. Cursing is fine. Cruelty isn't.
Randoms stay anonymous. No teammates' or enemies' gamertags on stream. Keep game voice chat out of the stream mix unless everyone in it knows they're being recorded.
Real people in stories get a nickname. Strangers from a cruise are "a family on deck 8", not a name.
Either host can call "tap out" on a topic, no explanation owed. Move on without comment.
Stories about substances, sure. Using them on camera, no. Twitch's rules and state law don't care that it's funny.

Format and length

Session: 90 to 120 minutes, same nights every week. A predictable schedule builds an audience faster than long streams do.
Where: live on Twitch, with Discord as the hangout. After each stream, clip three Rulings as Shorts, TikToks or Reels.
Stay recording-only until: you've done five sessions and you'd both happily watch the clips. That's when you promote.

Branding ideas
